After having studied in college and completed our PG like MBA, we still need to learn more while in job even. We learn processes in office, we coordinate with different departments, we communicate with our customers, we submit feed back in form of reports to management and we adapt a company culture. This is also learning but employees are put in a process to learn all but with continuity of performance in their individual key result areas.
Likewise all organization follow a set and assigned way of processes for learning as it is rightly said that for the things we have to learn before we can do them, we learn by doing them.
In daily life too we must follow a set plan for learning and execute it with time bound process. Learning will not be ever over for those who never get contended on successes and keep on doing their best in future also.
