Arithmetic  in QA  is usually vast but it compose a lesser part and only a few topics make it to the final but since one can never be sure, hence you should have the insight in all the topics.

Major topics that you need to cover are Set Theory (especially Venn diagrams) and problems on Time, Speed and Distance, Percentage, Profit and Loss and Simple and Compound Interest. 15-20% of questions in any CAT paper fall under this head

All these topics are covered as part of the school syllabus, but may need some brushing up on as the difficulty somewhat increases.

The best way is to go for practice and mock tests are the finest bet. No harm to start from previous year Mock tests.
