At present there is hardly any exception to a company even midsized who are not recruiting MBAs. Reason is very clear as management feels that while recruiting MBA pass out they are positively assured that candidate will be having all those qualities which will help both candidate and company in longer run.
MBA pass outs are expected to have can do attitude with high level of confidence for being achiever and will do and attain / adapt as per the requirement of Brand of the company.
It is perceived and expected that MBA pass outs are different breed who have inborn caliber of maneuvering actions so that their Brand is getting highest market pie and consumer of Brand are satisfied.
In general it is expected that MBAs are professional and come what may they will achieve success for their Brand with which they live and survive even in adverse conditions.
